Today I am showing you how I use the kit’s cardstock in my monthly view. Normally I use cardstock as dividers, bookmarks, cards among other items – however, I am trying to use it more creatively. That way I can use every aspect of the kit. This month I decided to use my cardstock to decorate the monthly view in my Erin Condren Neutral Life Planner.
This kit makes it easy to coordinate, not only do all the papers have a similar color scheme but you can use the both sides of the same paper for perfect pairings! I start all my monthly views by deciding If I want to cover the header or not, then I move on to the empty days from the month before/after. I love using the washi strips for banners and quote cards to fill empty space. Below I have quick video showing my full set up.
How are you using your cardstock this month? I’d love to see! Tag me on instagram at @gossamerblue and @RosePaperParty!
Hello Gossamer Blue clan! I am so excited to be a part of the Design Team for 2017. Although I have “guest” designed in the past, this is my first time committing to a whole year with the GB family, and I am SUPER excited.
I wanted to share with you my completed 2016 Life Pages albums. If you are like me, you are a fan of the “weird” size albums such as 9×12 and 6×12. I started my year in a 6×12 then went back into a larger format. I have an album size identity crisis!
Here is a quick little quirky video of my complete album:
As you can see, I have subbed to MANY kits in the past. I am actually starting a Sunday Scrapbook series called Scrap Your Stash – and that was pretty much my goal for the 2017 year. I know many of us “hoard” our stash – DON’T! Use those pretty paper goods and tell your stories. I am so excited to show you all the wonderful layouts I was able to do with my design team products. Our products go a LONG way!
Here are some close up of my pocket pages. I print using a Canon printer with semi-gloss paper so I can easily stamp on them! Enjoy!
